• App state — local browser storage that holds your habits, journal entries, and scores on this device.

Analytics (only with consent)

• PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States) — usage analytics: the pages you view and clicks in the apps, linked to a random identifier that PostHog keeps in a cookie and in local storage. Loaded only if you accept. The data is processed in the United States; see our Privacy Policy for how that transfer is safeguarded.

Our blog and public pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other sites. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google shows its own consent message first and uses personalised ads only if you agree.
